Blog 001: “Getting started is the hardest part”
The hardest part is starting. Once you get that out of the way, you’ ll find the rest of the journey much easier. And the thing with getting started is that it’s best done right now. Not tomorrow, or in one hour from now. No, right now! This moment is the best time to start. With anything really. Want to change your body? Start now. Want to change your career? Start now. Want to change your relationship? Start now. Whatever you wish to accomplish, just start accomplishing it NOW. The present moment is the only point in time we can actually change anything. The past is already gone, the future is not here yet. Now is the best opportunity for change. Make your choice, and get started. Lasting change will be the result from getting started. Guaranteed!

Blog 002: “You have to eat to loose weight”
Most people think that losing weight is about dieting, or not eating al together. And while that make seem to work, at least for a little while, by now almost everybody has probably heard about the jojo-effect of dieting. Tricking your body into burning (excess) fat by not giving it what it needs in the first place isn’t going to bring lasting results and a balanced body weight and BMI (Body Mass Index). But what else can we do? Well, here’s the best way to loose those extra kilos: eat healthy and with moderation while strengthening your muscles. That’s it. Why, you ask? Simple: muscular cells are the tiny ovens where we burn a lot of our energy. The more we move, the more energy we burn. The more muscular cells we have, the more ovens need energy. But our body needs healthy food for it to function optimally or even well. Starving oneself isn’t going to make your ovens work well, and it certainly won’t help you build more ovens. So in order to loose excess body fat, and keep it off, it is essential that you eat mostly healthy and with moderation, without dieting or excluding any essential food groups. Want to know more?
